Few maintain and service what they sell. At Mobility Solutions, Inc. (MSI) we maintain a full service department in order to service everything we sell. Our service staff has access to the Internet for quick and easy parts procurement and technical support when needed. MSI’s service technicians are also mobile, using our fleet of vans to provide on-site problem resolution when required either during business hours or, if necessary, after hours. We maintain an after hours telephone line where clients may talk with a live customer representative who can have technicians dispatched for emergency service. MSI also maintains a fleet of rental units and equipment in case your repairs will take such a length of time as to seriously affect your mobility.
