- Our Rehab department provides on-site and in-facility consultation and fitting for clients with specialized needs.
- Our Claims department offers trained billing specialists to assist you through the process of insurance benefits recovery.
- We endeavor to provide a full range of mobility aids and assistive technology in order to provide you with a complete, one-stop solution.
- We offer used equipment, demonstration units, buy back and trade-in options for clients with limited means.
At Mobility Solutions, Inc. (MSI) we maintain a modern service department in order to service everything we sell.
- Our service staff has access to the Internet for quick and easy parts procurement and technical support when needed.
- MSI’s service technicians are also mobile, using our fleet of vans to provide on-site problem resolution when required either during business hours or, if necessary, after hours.
- We maintain an after hours telephone line where clients may talk with a live customer representative who can have technicians dispatched for emergency service.
- MSI also maintains a fleet of rental units and equipment in case your repairs will take such a length of time as to seriously affect your mobility.
- If you are from out of town and need mobility equipment while you are visiting, we can have the appropriate equipment waiting for you at your hotel when you arrive.
